Berlin-based sound artist, DJ and producer Silvia Jiménez Alvarez aka JASSS. Originally from Spain, she started DJing there in her early 20’s and later relocated to Berlin. There, she became the resident DJ for Mannequin’s regular nights at OHM and later Berghain’s Säule where she honed a voice as a selector that smoothly traverses tempos and eras. JASSS has toured the world with her genre bending hi energy DJ sets and is currently the resident DJ for Herrensauna. She has released on Ostgut Ton, iDEAL Recordings and Mannequin.
